General

These terms of sale apply to all sales of products from the Imdad Relief Foundation's online store to consumers. The sales terms, along with the order placed in the online store and confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the entire basis of the agreement for the purchase.

1.Parties

The seller is: Imdad Relief Foundation, Business address: Selma Ellefsens vei 2, 0581 Oslo, Norway, registered in the Brønnøysund Register with org.no.: 895 938 432, email: post@imdad.no. The seller will hereinafter be referred to as "we", "us", or "seller".
The buyer is: the person or company stated as the buyer in the order, and will hereinafter be referred to as "you", "your", or "buyer".

2.Purpose

The profit from the sales in the online store goes directly to aid work and projects run by the Imdad Relief Foundation. By shopping with us, you contribute to our work in helping people in need.

3.Ordering and Agreement Process

Your order is binding when the order is registered with us. We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store. Upon receipt of your order, the order is automatically confirmed and sent to the registered email address.

4.Prices

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer is to pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.

5.Payment

Payment is made through the payment solutions offered in the online store.

6.Delivery

Goods are delivered within 30 working days after the order is received, subject to delays during holidays and busy periods. Shipment is made through established distribution partners.

7.Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to consumer purchases. You have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are unused and in the original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

8.Errors and Deficiencies

Any errors in the products at delivery must be reported to Imdad Relief Foundation immediately. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt.

9.Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with current legislation and ensure that personal information is treated confidentially.

10.Changes in Terms

Imdad Relief Foundation reserves the right to change the terms of sale as needed.

11.Disputes

Disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be handled in Oslo District Court.
